What you'll be responsible for:

Responsible for creating product copy and functionality notes to accompany wireframes in collaboration with UX designers (including error messages, in-app messaging, and other user-facing content).
Collaborate with other teams to research and collect user feedback to optimize product content.
Ensure consistency of copy across all products, adhering to and updating guidelines.
Conduct product content audits to ensure content is up-to-date, accurate, and relevant to users (including tutorials, resource centers, excluding the blog).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: work closely with product marketers, product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the product or service meets users' needs and aligns with the company's business goals.

What will help you succeed ?

Excellent English - both written and spoken
Able to deliver high-quality content with attention to detail – error-free copies in line with the brand's tone of voice and design guidelines
High level of ownership and willingness to learn
Able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
Solid understanding of the product, competition, and industry trends required

Nice to have:

Familiarity with prototyping tools like Figma
Appreciation for AI tools :)

Poskytnutím osobných údajov našej spoločnosti nadobúdate postavenie dotknutej osoby, ktorá má najmä právo kedykoľvek odvolať udelený súhlas, ďalej právo na prístup k osobným údajom, právo na opravu osobných údajov, právo na vymazanie osobných údajov, právo na obmedzenie spracúvania osobných údajov, právo na prenosnosť údajov, právo namietať proti spracúvaniu osobných údajov (vrátane profilovania) a právo na to, aby sa na ňu nevzťahovalo rozhodnutie založené výlučne na automatizovanom spracúvaní (vrátane profilovania). Ako dotknutá osoba máte súčasne právo podať sťažnosť orgánu dozoru, ktorým je Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky.

Spracúvanie osobných údajov na účely evidencie v databáze uchádzačov o zamestnanie pre akúkoľvek vhodnú pracovnú pozíciu zverejnenú na webovom sídle je v zmysle čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a) všeobecného nariadenia o ochrane údajov, čiže na základe súhlasu dotknutej osoby. V odôvodnených prípadoch môžu byť osobné údaje poskytnuté príjemcom ako sú napríklad Inšpektorát práce, orgány činné v trestnom konaní.

Čas platnosti súhlasu so spracúvaním osobných údajov je 5 rokov odo dňa poskytnutia súhlasu. Dotknutá osoba má právo svoj súhlas kedykoľvek odvolať bez toho, aby to malo vplyv na zákonnosť spracúvania pred odvolaním súhlasu. Právo dotknutej osoby odvolať svoj súhlas so spracúvaním osobných údajov možno uplatniť aj pred uplynutím času, na ktorý bol tento súhlas udelený.

Osobné údaje nebudú zverejňované, ani poskytované príjemcom v tretích krajinách, k profilovaniu dotknutých osôb môže dochádzať výlučne v súvislosti s výberom vhodného uchádzača na konkrétnu pracovnú pozíciu.

By providing personal data to our company, you acquire the status of a data subject, who in particular has the right to revoke the consent given at any time, also the right to access personal data, the right to correct personal data, the right to delete personal data, the right to limit the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data (including profiling) and the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing (including profiling). As a data subject, you also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is The Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

The processing of personal data for the purposes of registration in the database of job applicants for any suitable job position published on the website is in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 letter a) of General Regulation on Data Protection, i.e. based on the consent of the person concerned. In justified cases, personal data may be provided to recipients such as the Labor Inspectorate, law enforcement authorities.

The period of validity of consent to the processing of personal data is 5 years from the date of consent. The person concerned has the right to withdraw his consent at any time without this affecting the legality of the processing before the withdrawal of consent. The right of the affected person to withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data can be exercised even before the expiration of the time for which this consent was granted.

Personal data will not be published or provided to recipients in third countries, profiling of affected persons may occur exclusively in connection with the selection of a suitable applicant for a specific job position.
